About The Speaker
Lon Blake has been with the SAP Upgrade Competency Center NA since July 2007 where his responsibilities include onsite assessments of customer situations relating to upgrades, onsite/remote support of upgrade go-lives, and assisting customers with technical issues related to upgrades.
He joined SAP in September 2005 as a member of the Lifecycle Management team of SAP Active Global Support.
Lon has over 25 years of IT technical experience including 10 years of SAP Basis Administration prior to coming to SAP.
